Fleet Finance Credit Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for leading the Fleet Credit unit, managing credit risk, and recommending credit proposals in line with J-B credit policies, local regulations, and KSA anti-money laundering requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Fleet Credit unit and ensure all credit applications comply with internal policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Work closely with Business Development to support proactive, quality deal origination.
  • Review and approve credit analyses, returns, and reports within agreed turnaround times.
  • Monitor portfolio quality, identify key customer risks and trends in credit quality, and propose corrective action plans.
  • Add value to deal structuring (pricing, product, purpose, risk mitigation, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with local directives and KSA AML practices.
  • Coordinate with Collections on delinquent portfolios and support recovery strategies.
  • Promote best practices within the credit team to enhance efficiency and risk management.


Requirements

  • 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role with a bank or finance organization in KSA.
  • Proven track record in credit risk management and portfolio oversight.
  • Strong financial services background, preferably within corporate or fleet financing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong networking abilities with financial institutions and the local market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Excel and related tools.
