Fleet Maintenance Mechanic – Heavy Machinery

We are looking for a skilled Fleet Maintenance Mechanic who has strong hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining heavy machinery. The candidate must be reliable, hardworking, and capable of handling different types of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, preventive, and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery (loaders, excavators, forklifts, trucks, generators, mixers, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all machines are in safe working condition
• Maintain service logs, repair reports, and spare parts records
• Assist in breakdown recovery and emergency repairs
• Work with the maintenance team to reduce downtime

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years mechanic experience with heavy machinery
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
• Basic understanding of tools, safety standards, and workshop procedures
• Physically fit and capable of field repairs
