Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Join our dynamic team as a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor and lead the charge in maintaining a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, trucks, and industrial machinery. This energized role offers the opportunity to oversee maintenance operations, ensure safety standards, and optimize equipment performance. You will coordinate repairs, manage maintenance schedules to uphold excellence in fleet reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for heavy trucks and trailers
• Coordinate scheduled inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Develop maintenance schedules and recordkeeping procedures to maximize equipment uptime while minimizing downtime
• Collaborate with operational teams to prioritize repairs and coordinate service technician efforts for timely resolution of issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy truck repair with strong mechanical knowledge
• Experience operating heavy trucks and trailers is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive repair including transmissions, air brakes, alignment services, shocks & struts, tire service and HVAC systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• diesel mechanic: 2 years (Preferred)
• Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
