What awaits you in this role


  • Creating SAP main datas (EBA, PYP etc.),
  • Preparation of shipment (license and license plate, insurance, UTTS installments, bodyworks installment and shipment timeline organization),
  • Organization of delivery between customer and dealer,
  • Progress payment, escalation calculations and agreement with customers,
  • Tyre organization,
  • Initiating, organizing repair & maintanance process and agreement on payments and processes with services (Otopratik),
  • Tracking warranty processes with brand and services,
  • Tracking penalties, user defects and invoicing customer,
  • Tracking and provide documents at the crash defect status,
  • Tracking and pushing services to fasten the repairment process,
  • Management reporting of fleet operations.


What we expect


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Transportation, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field,
  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in fleet leasing, logistics, or the automotive sector,
  • Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel,
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Fleet Management Processes,
  • Operational Contract Management,
  • Data Management & Reporting,
  • Professional Communication & Stakeholder Coordination.
