Fleet Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team and take full responsibility for drivers, equipment, and daily fleet coordination. This role is designed for someone who understands how trucking works beyond theory and can manage real-time operations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with drivers and performance oversight
• Manage and support driver hiring and onboarding
• Track and manage equipment changes and assignments
• Oversee yard equipment and overall asset condition
• Coordinate with dispatch, safety, and maintenance teams
• Support marketing initiatives (materials, coordination, internal input)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the U.S. trucking industry
• Valid CDL Class A license (required)
• Strong understanding of driver and fleet management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, responsible, and proactive

Pay: $52,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
