Fleet Manager - Chauffeur Drive Services
to join our Aviation Services team in Dubai.
Scope
: Responsibility for a fully managed Chauffeur Drive limousine fleet. Coordinating the management of an operational fleet depot. Enhancing and optimizing operational excellence, fleet efficiencies, and utilization across the assigned customer account portfolio. Supporting the management of client mobilizations and the day‑to‑day delivery of fleet compliance within the operation. Contributing to the growth of the account portfolio, as well as managing a team of individuals. There will also be involvement in new business tenders received from aviation clients.
Support the Senior Manager in the management, development, implementation, communication, and delivery of all areas of responsibility relating to Transport, Aviation & Logistics across the group.
Financial

Support the development of business growth within the account portfolio, through new business and organic growth.

Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the Chauffeur Drive contract and monitor the management of fleet compliance to ensure delivery within the boundaries of the contracts, while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and achieving operational SLAs and commercial KPIs.

Ensure the Fleet Team understands the commercial agreement and manages service delivery within the timelines and deliverables of the contract.

Provide clear direction on the purchase and sale of fleet vehicles, identifying and securing preferred commercial terms.

Work closely with the Legal and Commercial teams to provide clear direction on actions throughout the term of the contract relating to Fleet, RTA compliance, and OEM stakeholder relationships.

Responsible for monthly management reporting with operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contract scorecard.
Customer

Manage key contacts and relationships within the assigned account portfolio, ensuring the accounts are fully managed and relationships are developed at all levels.

Provide ideas on growth initiatives to maximize potential opportunities with new clients and contacts.

Ensure all commercials remain within the bounds of the contracts relating to fleet compliance.

Respond to queries efficiently and in a timely manner.

Analyse trends and metrics to develop and enhance transport solutions, processes, and programs that address inefficiencies and create improved processes.

Measure, validate, and test the effectiveness of metrics applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization and efficiency.

Responsible for Fleet Management reporting.

Drive a lean culture within the team, focused on operational excellence and business performance.

Ensure direct reports focus on value‑added activities and work towards achieving agreed goals.

Lead, motivate, and develop Fleet Team members reporting directly to you, while influencing positive behaviours across the wider team.

Understand bid and quote request documents to become familiar and well‑versed with requirements and scope of work.

Review the fleet asset list to understand future fleet requirements in line with the scope of work.

Prepare a complete solution strategy and process, including full vehicle lifecycles from induction through to de‑fleeting.

Work with key members of other business units and supplier organizations to obtain required information to manage the fleet effectively.

Selection Criteria

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Educational Qualifications: University degree is required.
