Fleet Mechanic

Twin Resources is a large Design/Build Landscape Company located in Monmouth County serving the Tri-State area.

The Fleet Mechanic will be directly responsible for assisting with the day to day maintenance and repairs of all of the company’s vehicles and equipment.

Will be responsible to:

• Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issue
• Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issues
• Prepare work estimates as requested
• Keep an accurate log of all work performed
• Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times
• Adhere to company work safety policies
• Communicate with Operations as to the time involved in for proper maintenance
• and repairs.
• Reports any damage of company equipment to the director or owner.

• Assists licensing by placing the appropriate decals, plates, etc. in and on vehicles.
• Performs all other duties as assigned requirements:

High school diploma or GED and five (3) years of automotive equipment and components experience
Current Valid Driver’s License (CDL a plus).
Ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools.

Salary Consummate with Experience.

This position is Monday to Friday and most Saturdays.
