Fleet Monitoring Specialist (Dashcam & Driving Behaviour)

Job Summary

Simple GRP, a UK-based vehicle hire and insurance group, is hiring Fleet Monitoring Specialists to join its growing Lahore team. This role is ideal for candidates with UK call center experience who are confident in handling live situations, monitoring systems, and communicating professionally.

You will be responsible for monitoring dashcam alerts and driver behaviour in real time, ensuring safety, compliance, and quick incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live dashcam alerts and driving behaviour across the fleet
• Respond to incidents such as accidents, speeding, and unsafe driving
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Record and maintain accurate incident reports and logs
• Analyse driving patterns and identify risks or trends
• Support safety protocols and fleet management operations

Requirements

• Experience in a UK-based call center or similar role (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using monitoring tools/software
• Willing to work rotational shifts (including nights & weekends)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
