Job Title - Fleet Monitoring Specialist (Dashcam & Driving Behaviour)

Location - Lahore (Johar Town)

We are seeking detail-oriented and responsible Fleet Monitoring Specialists to oversee the safety and performance of our fleet of rental vehicles through continuous monitoring of dashcam alerts and driver behaviour. This role ensures the safety of our vehicles and customers by responding to real-time alerts and analysing driving patterns, ultimately minimising risks and enhancing fleet efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor dashcam alerts and driver behaviour data for the fleet 24/7 on a rotating shift basis, ensuring continuous oversight.
• Respond promptly to accidents and critical alerts (e.g., speeding, harsh braking, unsafe driving) by following established protocols.
• Analyse and interpret driving behaviour patterns, providing actionable insights to improve driver performance and vehicle safety.
• Coordinate with drivers, the safety team, and fleet managers in case of incidents or violations to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, alert responses, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with the broader fleet management team to develop strategies for risk reduction and improved driving behavior.
• Support the implementation of company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in fleet management, driver safety monitoring, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and identify trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Proficient in using monitoring software and other fleet management tools.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, managers, and team members.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:

• This is a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours to ensure coverage throughout the year.

Positions Available:

• 4-5 full-time positions on a rotating shift schedule.
