Role Scope:

  • Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
  • Responsible for reporting, containing, handling, and solving all on-ground activities/issues within the assigned zone.
  • Lead Rider Recruitment for all the zones in allocated cities
  • Responsible for assessment of any internal fleet promotions
  • Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
  • Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer
  • Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment’s
  • Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)
  • Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve the performance of low-performing riders
  • Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
  • Accountable to handle/solve day-to-day/arising issues beyond his main scope that may affect the zone’s performance.


Skills & Qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic are a plus.
  • Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills
  • People management skills: Experience in managing bigger groups of people
