Role Scope:
- Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
- Responsible for reporting, containing, handling, and solving all on-ground activities/issues within the assigned zone.
- Lead Rider Recruitment for all the zones in allocated cities
- Responsible for assessment of any internal fleet promotions
- Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
- Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer
- Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment’s
- Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)
- Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve the performance of low-performing riders
- Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
- Accountable to handle/solve day-to-day/arising issues beyond his main scope that may affect the zone’s performance.
Skills & Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic are a plus.
- Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills
- People management skills: Experience in managing bigger groups of people
