Fleet Specialist

Fleet Operations & Management

  • Monitor and manage the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control.

  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and compliant with regulations.

  • Track vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and performance data to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Ensure proper vehicle allocation based on business needs and usage patterns.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of registration, insurance, licensing, and inspections for all fleet vehicles.

  • Ensure compliance with local traffic laws, transportation regulations, and safety standards.

  • Prepare and submit periodic fleet reports for management review.




Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office tools.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and vendor negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
