Fleet Supervisor

```Duties```
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate delivery schedules
- Utilize GPS and logistics software to track driver locations and optimize routes
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Analyze shipping and receiving data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Coordinate freight shipments and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is required
- Proficiency in using GPS systems and logistics software
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and freight procedures
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication

Pay: $37,440.00 - $45,760.00 per year
