Position Overview

Delivery Services LLC is seeking an experienced and well-organized Fleet Supervisor to manage and supervise daily operations of bike riders working with leading delivery platforms in the UAE, including Noon Food, Noon Minutes, Talabat, and Keeta.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in fleet supervision, rider scheduling, KPI monitoring, dashboard performance tracking, and operational reporting to ensure maximum fleet productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. Fleet Operations & Rider Management

• Supervise and manage daily operations of bike riders.
• Ensure riders are active, available, and scheduled efficiently during peak working hours.
• Manage rider attendance, discipline, complaints, and operational concerns.
• Ensure timely deployment of riders across different locations and zones.
• Coordinate rider shifts to ensure maximum fleet utilization and performance.

2. KPI Monitoring & Performance Management

• Monitor rider performance dashboards daily and ensure KPI compliance across platforms.
• Track and manage key rider KPIs including:
• Acceptance Rate
• Cancellation Rate
• Delivery Completion Rate
• Online Hours
• Customer Rating
• Late Delivery Percentage
• Order Volume per Rider
• Identify low-performing riders and implement corrective actions.
• Support riders in improving productivity and minimizing platform penalties.
• Ensure overall fleet maintains strong ratings and performance standards.

3. Platform Compliance & Operational Control

• Ensure riders comply with platform rules and operational requirements for:
• Noon Food
• Noon Minutes
• Talabat
• Keeta
• Handle rider account suspensions, performance warnings, and penalty-related cases.
• Ensure riders follow UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and delivery guidelines.
• Coordinate with platform support teams for issue resolution and escalations.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management, including:
• Rider performance summary
• Active rider count
• KPI trends
• Fleet productivity updates
• Support management in fleet planning, scaling, and growth strategies.
• Maintain strong coordination between riders, management, and platform teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor / Rider Supervisor / Fleet Coordinator in UAE delivery operations.
• Strong working experience with delivery platforms such as:
• Noon Food
• Talabat
• Keeta
• Strong knowledge of rider KPI monitoring and dashboard handling.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage rider teams professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple riders efficiently.
• Strong reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience managing 50+ riders or large delivery fleets.
• Strong understanding of UAE delivery operations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle rider disputes and escalation cases professionally.
• Experience implementing performance improvement strategies for riders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
