Fleet Supervisor (Construction industry)

Mira construction LLC is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Vans Supervisor to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is critical to our operations and will involve a combination of strategic planning, personnel management, and on-the-ground coordination to ensure seamless transportation services.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, creating, and meticulously optimising driver schedules through effective shift planning to maximise productivity and ensure timely transportation services.
• Overseeing and managing a talented team of 30+ drivers, thereby expanding our capacity and operational efficiency.
• Diligently monitoring adherence to established schedules and implementing measures to guarantee efficient resource allocation. This includes the comprehensive coordination of all fleet operations on-site, ensuring that all resources are utilised effectively and operational goals are met consistently.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a construction company, as this ensures an in-depth understanding of the specific challenges and requirements involved in creating and managing work schedules within the construction industry. Familiarity with project timelines, regulatory compliance, and resource allocation is essential for coordinating the various moving parts in construction projects effectively.
• A demonstrated track record of planning and personnel management skills is highly desirable.
• Candidates should be able to showcase their ability to organise teams, optimise workflows, and manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent English level.
