Fleet Supervisor cum Cost Controller - Tamil

The company will provide free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

The candidate should have experience managing 50+ Delivery drivers in the UAE.

The candidate should have experience managing expenses for company vehicles, focusing on fuel, maintenance, and operations to ensure efficiency, using tools like GPS/AI for tracking and reporting variances

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• To develop efficient and profitable driver schedules and routes to maximize profits.
• To manage drivers working hours, delivery schedule, attendance, behavior and performance.
• To train, mentor, and coach drivers for their performance based on smart driving and other important procedures ensuring the safety of drivers, passengers and products.
• Tracking actual vs. planned fleet costs (fuel, repairs, insurance).
• Assisting in preparing budgets and predicting future expenses.
• Identifying reasons for cost overruns and implementing solutions.
• Enhancing procedures for maintenance, fuel, and inventory to reduce waste.
• Utilizing fleet management systems, GPS, and AI for real-time insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
