Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Supervisor to oversee company vehicles used for factory, logistics, and operational activities. This role focuses on ensuring vehicle availability, proper documentation, safety compliance, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the use of company vehicles, including cars, vans, and modified units
• Plan and monitor vehicle allocation to support factory and operational activities
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with service schedules and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate routine inspections, roadworthiness checks, and documentation updates
• Monitor mileage, fuel consumption, and general fleet usage
• Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with drivers, factory teams, and management regarding vehicle availability
• Report vehicle-related issues, incidents, or damage and support follow-up actions
• Assist with logistics planning related to vehicle movement and deliveries

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Experience in fleet coordination, vehicle supervision, or operational support
• General knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety requirements
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work with multiple departments and manage schedules
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office or fleet tracking systems
• Valid driving license, where applicable
