Fleet Support Agent (Driver)

Job Purpose

Safe transporting of shipments in UAE while ensuring SLAs and protocol is followed. Ensure POD's are updated in real time.

Role And Responsibilities

• To ensure that the units are transported safely as per packing guidelines
• To check the unit for any physical damage, accessories and ensure it is mentioned in the customer slip
• To collect the cash against NW jobs and submit to the supervisor at the end of the day
• To follow daily route plan as per schedule
• To get delivery acknowledgement in real time and update system.
• Timely collections and deliveries from VIP customers.
• Real time update on LS5 for CPM collections & deliveries.
• Update customer's sign and upload POD's on LS5 upon job completion.
• To ensure that the vehicle is maintained in good condition
• To ensure that the road rules and safety guidelines are followed
• Generate reports such as: Day End Collection Updates & NW Cash Collection Summary

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Minimum Secondary Educational Certificate
• 1+ years of experience working in logistics, or transportation operations
• Valid UAE Car driving license - minimum 2 years
• Good communication skills with multiple Indian languages, English and if possible Arabic

Skills And Abilities

• Verification of units and information capture and number of discrepancies during the process
• Well versed with UAE route
• Judgement on traffic areas
