Fleet Technical Supervisor

The Role
Golden Motor Diagnostics is seeking a proactive Fleet Technical Supervisor to lead our maintenance and diagnostic operations in Doha’s Industrial Area. This position is for a hands-on leader who can ensure our fleet remains in peak operational condition while managing a team of technicians. You will be responsible for the mechanical integrity of our assets and the efficiency of our St 10 workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and supervise routine and emergency maintenance for a diverse fleet of vehicles and specialized machinery.
• Technical Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring rapid turnaround times.
• Workshop Leadership: Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Inventory Control: Oversee the procurement of spare parts and workshop consumables to maintain optimal stock levels without overages.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fleet maintenance or automotive diagnostics.
• Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume workshop or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic software and fleet management systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Package

• Salary: QAR 12,500 per month.
• Full company sponsorship and residency processing.
• Health insurance and annual leave as per Qatar Labor Law.
