This is a temporary position.
Short-term FLEX role providing operational support to the Talent Development & Associate Engagement HR Technology team. This position focuses on two primary areas: (1) resolving escalated learning platform support tickets and (2) migrating WhatFix in-tool-support content to Knowledge Base articles. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented contributor who can quickly ramp up and deliver independently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR technology, learning platforms, or enterprise system support
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service orientation with clear written and verbal communication
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative approach and ability to work across teams and stakeholders
- Background in learning platforms (Axonify) or employee-facing HR technology (Oracle HCM)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and escalation workflows
- Knowledge management, content migration, or technical writing experience
Escalated Ticket Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Learning support tickets in a timely manner
- Provide advanced user support and guidance on platform features and functionality
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders on complex issue resolution
- Identify trends in escalated tickets and recommend process improvements
WhatFix-to-Knowledge Base Content Migration
- Review existing WhatFix in-tool-support content and assess migration needs
- Author and format Knowledge Base articles aligned to team documentation standards
- Validate migrated content for accuracy, completeness, and usability
- Maintain organized tracking of migration progress and deliverables
