Flex Route Sales Representative

WHISHA MISSION:

To enhance and accelerate the transition of coffee from a commodity product to a specialty item.

POSITION:

Flex Route Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

The Flex Driver role is responsible for delivering assigned orders within the region, assisting with vacation coverage, conducting supply pick-ups, restocking regional depots, and working in the warehouse when Flex coverage is not needed.

26 FT Box Truck experience is required in order to fill this role. Candidates also must have a Class C Driver's License. Candidate must be comfortable commuting to Wisconsin at least 2 times per week.

SHIFT

· 3:30am – 11:30am

· Monday – Friday

· Full Time

● Retail and merchandising skills.

● Possess a valid driver’s license.

● Clean driving record.

● High school diploma, GED, or military service

● Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Note: Needs to be able to operate IOS devices such as IPHONE or IPAD

REQUIRED PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, candidates must be able to:

● Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
● Bend, squat, kneel, and reach low shelves
● Push and pull, and product loads.
● Stand, walk, and move continuously

COMPENSATION RANGE & BENEFITS

· $28 - $30 per hour based on experience
