The Flex Senior Manager, Power of M Performance Management plays a critical role in protecting and optimizing top-line performance across the U.S. & Canada portfolio by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving pre- and post–DTT cutover revenue performance issues. This role functions as a cross-domain performance problem solver and project manager, ensuring that material performance degradation is rapidly surfaced, root causes are clearly identified, and remediation efforts are aligned, prioritized, and executed across a complex, multi-domain technology and business ecosystem.

This role partners closely with Revenue Management Field Support, Commercial Analytics, Digital, Distribution, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure that system behavior, data integrity, workflows, and business execution are working as intended. The position acts as a central point of coordination when issues span multiple platforms, tools, or working groups, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong collaboration, and timely resolution through either workarounds or permanent defect fixes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue management, performance analytics, digital/distribution, or commercial technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems, tools, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue performance drivers, including pricing, demand, distribution, and digital conversion.
  • Proven ability to diagnose complex, ambiguous performance issues and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience operating as a project manager or workstream lead across matrixed teams.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting large-scale technology transformations or system cutovers.
  • Familiarity with digital travel platforms, CRS, RMS, pricing, distribution, or analytics ecosystems.
  • Hospitality industry experience within a multi-brand, multi-market environment.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Performance Monitoring & Issue Identification

  • Identify pre- and post–DTT cutover top-line performance issues that materially impact revenue, conversion, or demand realization.
  • Monitor performance trends, anomalies, and leading indicators to proactively surface risks before they scale across markets or brands.
  • Distinguish between technology-related issues, process breakdowns, data integrity problems, and execution gaps.

Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Lead structured root cause investigations across multiple domains, including Revenue Management, Digital, Distribution, Data, and Technology.
  • Synthesize inputs from technical and business teams into a single, coherent problem statement and impact assessment.
  • Ensure issues are clearly documented, quantified, and understood by all stakeholders.

Cross-Domain Project Management

  • Act as the central coordinator when issues require collaboration across multiple working groups or platforms.
  • Establish clear ownership, timelines, dependencies, and escalation paths for issue resolution.
  • Ensure alignment on prioritization between business impact, customer impact, and technical complexity.

Remediation & Execution

  • Partner with domain teams to define and implement short-term workarounds where necessary to protect revenue.
  • Support prioritization and execution of longer-term defect fixes or enhancements.
  • Track progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure issues are fully resolved and do not recur.

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with senior leaders, field teams, and technical partners regarding issue status, impact, and resolution plans.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across Commercial Services and partner teams.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Identify recurring themes and systemic gaps to inform future process, tooling, or governance improvements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Power of M performance management frameworks, playbooks, and escalation models.
  • Promote best-practice sharing and strengthen cross-functional collaboration across Commercial Services
