In this role, you will be responsible for planning flights using NavBlue Flight Planning, optimizing routes for fuel and overflight costs with a safety first mindset. Your duties will include interpreting meteorological publications, optimizing operational costs, supporting and briefing flight crews with the most updated information, and taking necessary actions to avoid and reduce delays caused by ATC flow restrictions or slot delays.

Who We’re Looking For

• Prepare and file flight plans considering weather conditions, NOTAMs, air traffic control requirements, aircraft performance and MEL/CDL items
• Monitor and interpret weather patterns to anticipate and mitigate potential hazards
• Track and oversee the progress of flights in real-time, taking necessary actions as needed
• Collaborate with pilots and air traffic controllers to ensure smooth flight operations
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company safety standards
• Calculate fuel requirements and manage fuel loads for flights
• Take Necessary actions to prevent or reduce delays in case of CTOT

What It Takes

• Valid Flight Dispatcher License approved by Turkish DGCA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Flight Dispatcher
• Graduation from a university associate degree program or an equivalent institution (preferably)
• Good knowledge of flight planning, weather analysis, and aviation regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in both written and oral communication in English
• Able to use MS Office Applications
