Flight Dispatcher

Job Overview

Based out of Stuart, FL we operate a fleet of jet and large cabin multi piston aircraft with red carpet service that accentuates the true lap of luxury – focusing on every detail to make each flight special. We are looking for an energetic, detail focused, extremely organized individual to join our team to helpmate this happen.

This position will assist with booking trips, scheduling crews, setting up FBOs and fuel discounts, monitoring duty times, and a 1000 other things.

Passion for aviation with a keen interest in aircraft operations and logistics

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Strong analysis skills to interpret operational data and identify actionable insights.

Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, pilots, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

The atmosphere is fun, we are fun, and the person we hire will need to be as well. Must be able to take on the world and laugh. Experience is preferred but not required for the right person. Compensation is based on experience and ability.

Pay: $23.56 - $30.00 per hour
