− Apply Customer centric strategy in coordination with other department
− Represents FLYNAS in manufacturers and vendors meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry steering committees.
− Providing support to the Guest Experience department.
− Liaise with the internal procurement team for new orders based on the request.
− Oversee all aspects of the inflight cabin and inflight connectivity operations.
− Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, focusing on cabin comfort, entertainment, and connectivity.
− Assist in Evaluation of suppliers for inflight connectivity solutions, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-quality standards.
− Monitor industry trends and innovations in inflight cabin design, amenities, and connectivity, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement.
− Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inflight cabin safety and connectivity. − Ensure the IFC is managed in an effective and well-documented manner.
− Coordinate with manufacturers and develop the IFC of the aircraft.
− Provide technical services for the A2G and IFC systems.
− Propose IFC reconfigurations by Flynas demanding brand standards.
− Assist in preparation of retrofit configuration layouts and manage modifications to bring aircraft up to FLYNAS standard.
− Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IFC definitions and upgrades, ensuring they align with the airline's brand and cost objectives.
- Maintain Flynas high standard of work and work ethic.
- Coordinate with internal Marketing/Branding, as well as GACA and each Airport management authority to comply with each party’s processes and procedures.
- Participating in the meetings, workshop, presentation, training, and visit to enhance guest experience.
- Update the management with the latest in the industry to enhance the guest experience for further review and necessary action
- Improving flynas rating and ranking in coordination with other departments. Supporting guest experience initiative and project
Qualification:
-Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
Professional Experience:
4-6 years of experience
-Experience in Engineering, In-Flight Experience, and In-Flight Services
- Knowledge in Aircraft/Galley Interior
- Expertise in Inflight connectivity.
- Prior Airline Experience is a must
