Flight Experience Specialist - Cabin

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring an exceptional passenger experience throughout the flight journey. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, managing in-flight operations, and addressing passenger needs while supporting the airline’s standards and policies.

Accountabilities:

Cabin Definition:

  • Ensure all GX cabin activities comply with company policies and aviation regulations.
  • Assist in definition of cabin products keeping pax comfort and guest experience in mind.

Passenger Engagement & Feedback

  • Support on ensuring the NPS score is maintained for Flynas as well as leased A/Cs.
  • Anticipate business travels within and outside of KSA.

Product Definition:

  • Manage projects assigned by the head of the department.
  • Assist in investigating systems and services errors.
  • Coordinates with the IFS/Marketing/ maintenance department and aircraft manufacturer to finalize suitable cabin product.
  • Ensures compatibility and accuracy of manufacturer and vendor technical documents with FLYNAS fleet and requests system updates and corrections whenever necessary.
  • Represents FLYNAS in manufacturers and vendors meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry steering committees.
  • Liaise with the internal procurement team for new ordering based on the request.

Wet lease:

  • Work closely with IFS/QA in conducting inspections on wet leased A/C to ensure they match Flynas brand requirements.
  • Support EIS of leased A/C
  • Support operational audits related to passenger experience.
  • Monitor adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
  • Monitor NPS and take necessary corrective actions.

Process Improvement

  • Recommend process enhancements to improve guest experience efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in initiatives to upgrade onboard services, IFC and IFE.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement of passenger experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Aviation Management, or related field preferred

Experience:

2 – 4 Years of Experience in airline operations or cabin services
