Flight Sale Agent

We are looking for a results-driven Flight Sale Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers looking to book airfare, providing them with expert advice, competitive pricing, and seamless booking experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Conversions: Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, and chats) to sell international and domestic flight packages.
• Itinerary Building: Use GDS systems to research, price, and book complex flight itineraries that meet client budgets and preferences.
• Upselling: Proactively recommend travel insurance, seat upgrades, extra baggage, and lounge access.
• Customer Retention: Build relations with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.
• Issue Resolution: Assist clients with re-bookings, cancellations, and flight changes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs and gross profit targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in travel sales
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is MUST
• Geography Knowledge: Strong world geography knowledge and an understanding of major airline hubs and routes.
• Communication: Persuasive "sales-first" mindset with excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, to accommodate peak travel booking times.
• Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing to close sales effectively.
