Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Lead Radiology Tech who provides positive technical leadership in relation to radiology procedures in an ambulatory setting. You will be responsible for the knowledge and performance of all diagnostic procedures to include: x-rays, fluoroscopy, C-Arms and OR procedures and portables.

What you will do:

• You will rotate to other ambulatory surgery center facilities
• You will be responsible for the knowledge and performance of all diagnostic procedures
• You will confirm that all persons in the room are appropriately shielded before activating x-ray
• Communicate information about your patient’s status to other persons responsible for your patient’s care
• You will be responsible for the required maintenance of instruments, supplies, and equipment by adhering to cleaning care, storage, and calibration procedures

Qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited radiology school required
• 3-5 year experience; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
• Please be sure to list current license information on your application
• Valid BCLS Certification upon employment, online certification not acceptable
