• $33.71/hr (5 years of experience)

• $43.20/hr (17+ years of experience)

• Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr, Weekends +$3/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Relocation Assistance: $2,500 – $5,000 (for candidates 100+ miles away)

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Float Pool RN (Medical-Surgical) to provide patient-centered care across multiple units in an acute care setting. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while floating between different medical-surgical teams.

Available Shifts:

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care across diverse med-surg units.

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.

• Adapt quickly to different unit workflows and patient populations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

• Serve as a patient and family advocate, upholding confidentiality and hospital standards.

Important Notes:

• Candidates must live within a commutable distance (under 60 minutes).

• Must be comfortable with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.

• In-person interview required (includes shadowing, facility tour, and administrative interview).

• 
  1+ years of recent acute care med-surg RN experience required.

• Must be flexible and comfortable floating to multiple units.

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact eligibility.

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

• AHCA Level 2 background screening & fingerprinting required.

• RN candidates with 3+ years of experience and a compact license must apply for a Florida license.
