Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children in daycare or preschool settings.

Skills
- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Experience working with children in various educational settings, including private schools or daycare.
- Knowledge of special education practices and early childhood development principles.
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support diverse learners.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools.
- Ability to teach physical education as part of a well-rounded curriculum.
- Experience with Montessori methods is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Understanding of childhood development stages and appropriate instructional strategies.
