Floater – Home Care Aide (Flexible Coverage Role)

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Floater to join our home care team. This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is ready to step in when clients need immediate support. As a Floater, you will provide temporary in-home care coverage when assigned caregivers are unavailable, ensuring our clients continue to receive high-quality care.

When not assigned to a client, you will work from our main office supporting HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care coverage for clients when scheduled caregivers are unavailable
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Travel to client homes on short notice as needed
• Support office staff with administrative and HR-related tasks when not deployed
• Maintain professionalism and high-quality care standards at all times

Schedule:

• Base: 20 hours per week
• Opportunity to increase up to 40 hours per week based on demand
• Must be flexible and available for short-notice assignments

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care, caregiving, or CNA preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
• Comfortable working both in client homes and an office setting
• Must pass background check
