Your passion for talent acquisition will be instrumental in shaping our company's future success!Duties<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Conduct targeted sourcing through social media management platforms, HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and professional networks to generate high-quality candidate pipelines.</li><li>Lead talent acquisition efforts for technical recruiting roles by assessing technical skills and coordinating with hiring managers on job requirements.</li><li>Engage in employer branding activities such as campus recruitment events and social media campaigns to attract emerging talent.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with employment &amp; labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication skills, providing guidance on hiring best practices and market trends.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in recruiting across various functions including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with HR sourcing tools</li><li>Knowledge of employment &amp; labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.</li><li>Ability to conduct thorough interviewing processes and employee evaluations that align with organizational goals.</li><li>Demonstrated success in talent management, succession planning, lead generation, and employee relations initiatives. We are seeking a reliable and flexible Floater to join our home care team. This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is ready to step in when clients need immediate support.
