Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talented Human Resources team! In this pivotal role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top-tier talent across various departments and levels. Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct targeted sourcing through social media management platforms, HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and professional networks to generate high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for technical recruiting roles by assessing technical skills and coordinating with hiring managers on job requirements.
  • Engage in employer branding activities such as campus recruitment events and social media campaigns to attract emerging talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication skills, providing guidance on hiring best practices and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting across various functions including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting.
  • Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
  • Ability to conduct thorough interviewing processes and employee evaluations that align with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated success in talent management, succession planning, lead generation, and employee relations initiatives. Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
