Floating Janitor, Bellevue

Alliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is seeking a Night Floating Janitor for our Eastside and Bellevue locations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional maintenance experiences for our customers and their facility users. As a Night Floating Janitor, you will play a crucial leadership role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' premises, while overseeing and supporting janitorial staff across multiple building locations.

This role requires the candidate to have flexibility, as you will have a different work assignment/building location daily. You will be responsible not only for ensuring high-quality cleaning services but also for guiding, motivating, and assisting janitorial team members throughout your shift. his position is ideal for individuals with prior janitorial experience who are adaptable, flexible, and ready to take on the responsibility of supporting multiple buildings within a well-established company.

Night Floating Janitor Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and polish surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to janitorial staff at assigned sites

Night Floating Janitor Qualifications

• 1 year of previous janitorial/cleaning experience is preferred
• Must have flexibility, as you will regularly be working at different building locations in the area
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for extended periods
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example
