Floor Coordinator/ Unit Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the assigned floor
  • Act as a liaison between nursing staff, doctors, patients, and attendants
  • Ensure timely patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Monitor the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall environment of the floor
  • Address patient and family concerns, ensuring prompt and courteous service
  • Assist in managing patient flow and resolving operational bottlenecks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation
  • Support emergency response protocols when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations professionally
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
