Floor Head Nurse

Key Responsibilities:-

• Receive a complete handover report of floor patients from the previous shift nurse.

• Conduct daily patient rounds.

• Assign duties to the nursing team according to patient needs and staff competencies.

• Conduct rounds with consultants, physicians, and Director of Nursing Services.

• Follow up on patients before and after surgical procedures and complete required documentation and investigations.

• Monitor nurses’ assigned tasks and responsibilities.

• Review patients’ medical files.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Valid professional nursing license.

• 3–5 years of nursing experience.
