POST: FLOOR MANAGER

Job description:

• Oversee daily operations on the hospital floor, ensuring efficient patient movement and workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to hospital protocols.
• Coordinate with reception, nursing staff, and doctors to ensure timely patient check-ups and procedures.
• Handling Floor or OPD/IPD.
• Manage floor operations and oversee daily activities including admissions and discharges.
• Doing follow ups for the pending or postponed cases.
• Managing patient process in floor of the hospital.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all healthcare operations in the hospital.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare administration, management, MSc. Nursing or related field with at least 2-5 years of hospital or healthcare experience.

EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YRS.(Preferable HOSPITAL work experience)

SALARY: Commensurate with Experience.
