<Duties>
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee inventory control and food management to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Handle cash transactions accurately using TOAST POS systems; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Monitor customer service quality, address guest concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate shift management activities to ensure smooth transitions between team members
- Assist in hiring processes through interviewing candidates and evaluating their suitability for restaurant roles
- Enforce food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health department standards
- Lead kitchen management efforts to ensure efficient food production and timely service in both casual dining and fine dining settings
- Support catering, banquet events, or bar operations as needed to enhance overall guest experience
<Experience>
- Proven supervising or management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as TOAST POS or cash handling proficiency required
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training & development, team management, and conflict resolution
- Experience managing shifts effectively in high-volume restaurants or hospitality settings including hotel or catering environments
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and food cost control strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence
