Company Description

We Company is Pakistan's leading entertainment company having family entertainment centers, trampoline parks, and fast food restaurants in different cities of Pakistan.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for on time opening and closing of the facility as per defined SOP’s of the company.
  • After opening each day, responsible to check by self that all games/rides/trampolines are working in a proper manner.
  • If during the inspection of the facility, there is some issue in any of the games/rides/trampolines, immediately call the technical team from Admin Department and resolve the problem.
  • Responsible for ensure on time electrical and mechanical maintenance of all the machinery/equipment/ games/rides/trampolines installed in the facility through Administration Department.
  • Responsible to be present on the floor on continuous basis to observe the work of game facilitators and customer satisfaction/concerns.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of equipment, staff uniform, and facility
  • Floor Management for ensuring the delivery of smooth service operations
  • Ensure the safety of incoming customers in the facility.
  • Responsible for placing safety rules & regulations against each trampoline game.
  • Responsible to communicate the customers about the games rules and regulations; to avoid the injuries
  • Ensure that the customers are following the instructions places against each game through game facilitators and also by himself.
  • Responsible to deal with the incoming customers in the facility in case of any dispute or other related query.
  • Act as a focal person to entertain the concerns of customers in a positive manner and ensure they are satisfied before leaving the facility.
  • Be kind & polite to all customers even if they are being rude or abusive
  • Provide training to his sub ordinates with respect to their job roles and specially train them on how to deal with the customers and guests.
  • Listen the concerns/issues of the team under him and guide them to ensure efficiency of their work.
  • Responsible to develop and update the staff roaster.
  • Ensure that there is no conflict/dispute among his team.
  • Manage the overall attendance of staff under him and ensure game facilitators are always present on their assigned places and no area is left unattended.
  • Any Other Task assigned by the management related to the scope of work.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years experience in amusement park (Required)
  • Must have amusement industry experience (e.g., joyland, bounce, sindbad, playdium) (Required)
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree holder (Required)
  • Leadership and Team Building Skills
  • Active and Energetic
  • Negotiation & Presentation Skills
  • Interpersonal and people skill
  • Holding self and others accountable
  • Monitoring Skills on both warm eye & bird eye level
