Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and task completion
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to maintain operational efficiency
- Address and resolve any staff issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and performance standards
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members as needed
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to performance and floor activity
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and accountable work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Prior experience in floor management, team supervision, or operations preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of handling responsibility independently
