We are seeking an experienced and driven Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop service staff to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen, reservations, and management teams to optimize service delivery.
• Manage floor operations during service hours, ensuring proper staffing and table management.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure adherence to service standards and restaurant policies.
• Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Handle VIP guests and special events with exceptional attention to detail.
• Assist in achieving operational, service quality, and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with prior experience in fine dining hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu.
• Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset.
