Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable, customer-focused Female Floor Sales Associate to handle in-store sales activities, assist customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Manage product display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness
• Coordinate with store team for smooth operations
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain sales records
• Resolve basic customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in retail / showroom sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic billing and POS knowledge preferred
• Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work in a retail environment
