Floor Sales Merchandiser

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Floor Sales Merchandisers to support our sales operations across leading brands such as LG, Skyworth, and CHiQ TVs, Home Appliances, and Air Conditioning products. This role is key to enhancing in-store customer experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring optimal product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised in line with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Actively engage with customers on the shop floor to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance overall shopping experience and brand loyalty.
• Maintain up-to-date and in-depth product knowledge across all assigned categories.
• Monitor stock availability on the floor and coordinate with the relevant team to replenish items as needed.
• Ensure pricing, promotions, and product information are accurately displayed at all times.
• Support in executing in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of the display areas.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-oriented approach.
• Presentable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of TVs, home appliances, or AC products is an advantage.
