Floor Supervisor

• Supervise daily floor activities and ensure smooth retail operations.
• Monitor staff performance, allocate duties, and provide on-the-job guidance.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-arranged, and display standards are maintained.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/store team for timely replenishment.
• Train and motivate floor staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed on the sales floor.
• Support management in achieving store KPIs (sales, shrinkage control, customer satisfaction).
• Report daily sales, issues, and floor activities to the Store Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• FMCG : 1 year (Preferred)
