Floor Supervisor
to join our dynamic F&B team. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations while maintaining the highest brand standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day floor operations, including opening and closing procedures

Welcome and assist guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Supervise and follow up on staff performance and adherence to SOPs

Handle customer billing and resolve complaints professionally

Support monthly inventory counts for restaurant equipment

Ensure proper grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards at all times

Assign tasks, monitor quality and performance, and provide on-the-job training

Actively contribute to achieving operational targets and business goals
Requirements:

Technical degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management.

3–4 years of experience in F&B operations.
-
At least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong customer focus, leadership, and team management skills.
