Overview

By Dzign — Las Vegas’s leading event design and production company — is expanding our Floral and Event Design Services Department.
We’re looking for creative, detail-oriented individuals with an eye for design, a positive attitude, and a passion for transforming spaces through floral artistry and event décor.

In this role, you’ll help design and execute the floral and décor elements that define By Dzign’s immersive events — from corporate galas to private celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and install floral and décor components for corporate, social, and hospitality events.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and scenic teams to integrate floral, linens, props, and lighting into cohesive experiences.
• Maintain quality, organization, and brand standards in all workspaces.
• Assist with on-site setup and strike of event décor when needed.
• Represent By Dzign with professionalism and positivity at every event.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in floral design, event décor, or related design fields preferred.
• Strong sense of color, balance, proportion, and style.
• Positive, teachable, and dependable team player.
• Ability to take creative direction and execute efficiently under timelines.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Physical ability to lift 20–30 lbs and work on-site at event venues when needed.
• Applicants from interior design, scenic design, or retail visual merchandising backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply — your design instincts are transferable and valued here.

Compensation & Growth

• $22.50–$35.00/hr starting range based on experience and skill level.
• Performance incentives and leadership growth opportunities.

Schedule

• Variable schedule based on event production (daytime, evening, weekend availability).
• Seasonal flexibility during peak event cycles.

Work Location

Primary: By Dzign Headquarters – 4548 Calimesa Street, Las Vegas, NV 89115
Work may also occur at event venues throughout the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
