Floral Designer

Now Hiring Full Time Floral Designer-

Secret Garden Floral is a small but mighty team producing over 50 weddings a year and we are looking for a full time floral designer with at minimum of 3 years event design experience.

This role is perfect for a creative floral enthusiast who thrives in a fast pace environment, loves working with a team + delivers beautiful floral designs.

Ideally looking for a designer to step into a leadership role down the road and grow with us.

Requirements-

Must have 3+ years event design experience
Must be able to work with a team
Must be able to work within a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
Have experience setting up events/floral installations
Must have drivers license and be able to drive a van
*Positive attitude*

Social media skills a plus
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to be on your feet for 12+ hours

Must be able to work weekends and be flexible with schedule

Responsibilities-
Process flowers + supplies

work on supply orders
Design for all events- bouquets, ceremony installations, aisle pieces, centerpieces, etc
Clean/prep glass for upcoming events
Clean/organize workspace
Clean buckets
Set up events/floral installations
Load/unload van

Hours would be flexible-
2 days off per week- changing monthly depending on event schedule

40+ hours during peak season and 35 hours during off season

Compensation based on experience
$20-28 per hour depending on experience
Paid PTO available
