Job Summary
Join our team as a Floral Designer, where creativity blossoms and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do! In this role, you will craft stunning floral arrangements, assist customers with their floral needs, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble a variety of floral arrangements for retail sales, events, and special occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants
• Maintain the floral department’s visual merchandising standards by organizing displays
• Provide excellent customer service through clear communication skills in English, creating a friendly shopping experience

Qualifications

• Experience in floral design preferred but not necessary
• Organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting flowers or supplies safely

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
