Wildflowers Florist is seeking a talented, experienced Floral Designer to join our award-winning team!

We are a highly sought-after, retail flower shop that has proudly served our community for 30 years and has been voted Best of the Best Florist in Monmouth County for over 10 consecutive years. We are looking for a passionate, dependable designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail flower shop

• Strong design skills in:

• Proms & corsages

• Weddings

• Funeral & sympathy work

• Everyday floral design

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high design standards

• POS system experience (a plus)

• Computer literate

• Punctual and reliable

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Strong customer service skills
