A well reputed 5-Star resort is seeking a visionary Florist & Event Decorator to curate the aesthetic soul of our 5-star property. From the grand arrangements that greet our guests in the lobby to the intimate, bespoke setups for luxury weddings and gala dinners, you will be the lead architect of our visual atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Execute: Create breathtaking floral installations and decor concepts for the resort’s public spaces, VIP suites, and diverse event venues.
• Event Artistry: Lead the decor strategy for high-profile weddings, corporate retreats, and seasonal celebrations, ensuring every detail aligns with 5-star expectations.
• Sourcing & Sustainability: Manage relationships with premium vendors and international suppliers to ensure the highest quality blooms while prioritizing sustainable practices.
• Budget Mastery: Oversee floral inventories and event budgets with precision, ensuring luxury is delivered efficiently.
• Trendsetting: Stay ahead of global design trends to keep [Resort Name] at the forefront of luxury hospitality aesthetics.

Who You Are

• The Veteran: You have at least 5 years of experience in luxury floral design, preferably within a 5-star resort, high-end boutique, or premier event agency.
• The Artist: You have a sophisticated portfolio that demonstrates versatility—from minimalist elegance to avant-garde opulence.
• The Professional: You thrive under the "calm excellence" required in luxury environments. You are deadline-driven, highly organized, and possess impeccable communication skills.
• The Expert: You have deep knowledge of seasonal availability, flower care/longevity, and the structural mechanics of large-scale installations.
