Position Overview

We are looking for a Floral Designer / Sales Associate with excellent communicable customer service skills and a positive, joyful personality. This role blends floral design with retail sales and customer care in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create floral arrangements and bouquets for daily sales and custom orders

• Provide excellent, friendly, and engaging customer service

• Assist customers in selecting flowers that fit their needs and budget

• Maintain flower bar displays, process flowers, and care for inventory

• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and inviting

Qualifications

• Floral experience required

• Excellent communicable customer service skills

• Positive, joyful, and team-oriented personality

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift flower buckets (up to ~30 lbs)

• $17–$19 per hour, based on experience
