Floral Designer – Weddings & Events

Location: Easton, PA (serving Lehigh Valley, NJ & NY)

Do you have a passion for flowers, design, and creating unforgettable moments? Kraft & Co., a boutique floral design studio specializing in luxury weddings and events, is seeking a talented Floral Designer to join our creative team. *Would love someone full time, but willing to do part time for the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and create wedding and event floral arrangements that align with our brand’s elevated style.
• Assist with on-site event set-ups and breakdowns, ensuring installations are executed seamlessly.
• Collaborate on client proposals, design boards, and consultations to bring visions to life.
• Work with the team to maintain the store, handling plants, flowers and product.
• Maintain a high standard of floral care, handling, and presentation.
• Work closely with our team to support both creative and logistical aspects of event production.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with flowers – at least 2 years of professional floral design experience (weddings/events preferred).
• Strong eye for design, color, and style.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends depending on event schedules.
• Someone with plant interest or plant knowledge to assist in the retail store.
• Ability to put together bouquets/arrangements on demand in the retail store.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift/move buckets, ladders, and event décor.
• Portfolio required – please include examples of your floral work with your application.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with event logistics and large-scale installations.
• Client-facing experience with proposals and consultations.
• Knowledge of seasonal blooms and sustainable practices.
